First Session

Whether or not you have been in counseling/therapy or coaching before, it can still be nerve racking. In the first session you can expect to go over the gist of what you would like to accomplish in therapy. Please see the PDF Informed Consent to fill out intake paperwork prior to coming to session.


I do not accept insurance. Without insurance involved, your records are completely secure and confidential. There will be no diagnosis on your permanent health record, and no one will ever know you’re in therapy unless you tell them.
Choosing to go to therapy is an investment for your happiness. Your investment for each session is $100 per therapy hour (50 minutes). Session times may be adjusted due to need and availability with fees adjusted accordingly. Payments accepted are cash, check, venmo, and all major credit cards.

Reduced Rate Options

Limited hardship rate slots are available.
If you would like to apply to be considered for a hardship rate you must inquire in advance.
You may qualify for a reduced session fee if you are currently a student or concerned about affordability due to your present income level.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session.
